Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time.

How to Delete Your Data

• In-app (deletes everything immediately): Open the app, go to Profile > Delete account, and confirm. This permanently removes your account and all of its data from our servers straight away.
• Note: "Reset app data" in the same screen only clears the copy stored on your phone. It does not delete anything from our servers.
• Email: Send a request to support@medical.26.systems with your account email

What Gets Deleted

• Your account and profile information
• Chat history and attached images
• Purchase records (financial records may be retained as required by law)

Deletion through Profile > Delete account is immediate. Requests sent by email are processed within 30 days.
