Privacy Policy

AI Pharmacist ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, how it is collected, how it is used, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

1. Information We Collect

• Chat content: The text of messages you send to the AI, and any photo, video, or document you attach for pill identification or label analysis. Prior messages in the same conversation thread are included as context on subsequent requests.
• Account info: If you register, your email address and display name. Anonymous accounts are fully supported — no email or personal information is required to use the app.
• Usage & diagnostics: Device type, operating system version, app version, and a general country code for regional service availability. We do not collect precise location.
• Purchase records: Receipts for in-app purchases and subscriptions, for credit balance management.

We do not collect names, addresses, phone numbers, health records, or insurance details.

2. How We Collect It

All of the data above is collected directly through the AI Pharmacist mobile application when you use it. We do not buy data from third parties and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

3. How We Use It

• To generate AI-powered pharmacy responses to your questions
• To manage your account, credits, and subscriptions
• To diagnose crashes and maintain service quality
• To detect and prevent abuse of the service

We do not sell your data. We do not use your chat content to train public AI models.

4. Third-Party AI Service Providers

To generate the AI responses shown in the app, your chat message and any attached photo or video are sent from our servers to one of the following third-party AI providers, which act as sub-processors on our behalf:

• DeepSeek — used for text-only medical questions. Receives the text of your message and prior conversation context. Does not receive your account identifiers, email, or any profile data.
• Google Gemini 2.5 Flash — used when your message includes a photo or video. Receives the text of your message and the attached image or video. Does not receive your account identifiers, email, or any profile data.

Both providers are bound by their own published privacy terms and by contractual data-protection terms with us that require them to provide the same or equivalent level of protection as this policy. Neither provider may sell your data, and our integrations are configured so your chat content is not used to train either provider's public AI models.

The specific AI provider used for a given request type may be updated over time to improve quality or reliability, but the categories of data sent and the safeguards described above will remain the same. If we add a materially different provider, this policy will be updated.

5. Data Retention

Chat history is stored on your device. Server-side copies of chat content and attached media are retained only as long as needed to operate the service (typically 30 days for troubleshooting and abuse prevention), then deleted. Purchase and account records are retained as required by applicable tax and consumer-protection law.

6. Security

All communication between the app, our servers, and the AI provider is encrypted in transit with TLS. Access to server-side data is restricted to authorized personnel.

7. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your data at any time. You can request deletion from the app (Profile → Delete my data) or by emailing support@medical.26.systems. You may revoke consent to AI processing by deleting the app and asking us to remove your server-side records.

8. Children's Privacy

AI Pharmacist is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We will post any material changes to this page and update the effective date above.
