Text-based consultations cost 1 credit. Image analysis costs 3 credits because vision models perform a more thorough review. Free users receive 3 credits on signup plus 1 daily bonus (max 5 stored). Subscribers receive monthly credit allocations.
You can upload photos of CT scans, X-rays, MRIs, ultrasounds, mammograms, and other medication images. Supported formats include JPEG, PNG, and HEIC. You can also capture images directly using your camera.
Yes. All API keys are stored server-side (never on your device). We do not track users or share data with third parties. You can request full data deletion at any time from your profile settings or via our data deletion page.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel your AI Pharmacist subscription.
