What the AI actually does
When you type a question or share an image/description, the app sends your message to a large language model through our server. The model produces a text response in a structured radiology-read format. The response is generated statistically — it is not a review by a human doctor and there is no doctor-patient relationship between you and AI Radiologist, medical.26.systems, or anyone operating this service.
What the AI cannot do
It cannot make a medical diagnosis.
It cannot guarantee that findings are correct, complete, or free of error.
It cannot detect all abnormalities on an image — it may miss things that a radiologist would see, or flag things that are not actually there.
It cannot replace imaging that has been ordered by your doctor.
It is not a substitute for emergency care.

Call your physician, visit a clinic, or — if the situation is urgent — contact your local emergency services. Do not wait for the AI. Do not make a decision about treatment, medication, or further imaging based on what the AI says.
