These Terms of Service govern your use of AI Radiologist. By installing, opening, or using the AI Radiologist app or this website, you agree to them.
AI Radiologist is an informational, consumer-facing tool that returns AI-generated text about radiology topics and images. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, not a clinical service, and not a substitute for a physician. See the AI Disclaimer.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction that allows you to lawfully enter a binding agreement). By using AI Radiologist, you confirm you meet this requirement.
AI Radiologist uses a pay-per-use model. Each interaction with the AI consumes one consultation. New accounts receive a small free allowance; additional consultations can be purchased in-app. Purchases are handled by Apple's App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms. Refunds are governed by those store policies. Consultations do not expire.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the messages and images you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and store that content for the purpose of operating and improving the service, as described in the Privacy policy.
The text returned by the AI is generated by a statistical model. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or wrong. We make no warranty about its correctness. You are solely responsible for how you use it.
AI Radiologist is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of results, uninterrupted service, or safety.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Radiologist and medical.26.systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service, including (without limitation) damages for loss of profits, health consequences, delayed medical care, or misdiagnosis. If you disagree with this limitation, do not use AI Radiologist.
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app and, if required, ask you to accept the new version before continuing.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which medical.26.systems is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Where local mandatory consumer-protection laws grant you additional rights, those rights prevail.
