Is AI Radiologist a replacement for a real radiologist?

No. AI Radiologist provides educational insights and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical decisions.

How do credits work?

Text-based consultations cost 1 credit. Image analysis costs 3 credits because vision models perform a more thorough review. Free users receive 3 credits on signup plus 1 daily bonus (max 5 stored). Subscribers receive monthly credit allocations.

What image types can I upload?

You can upload photos of CT scans, X-rays, MRIs, ultrasounds, mammograms, and other medical images. Supported formats include JPEG, PNG, and HEIC. You can also capture images directly using your camera.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All API keys are stored server-side (never on your device). We do not track users or share data with third parties. You can request full data deletion at any time from your profile settings or via our data deletion page.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel your AI Radiologist subscription.
