You can delete your AI Therapist account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how.
From the app
Open the Profile screen in the AI Therapist app and tap Reset app data. This:
Clears your profile, conversation history, and session tokens from the device.
Clears your on-device app passcode, if you set one.
Revokes the active server-side session for your anonymous account.
Creates a fresh anonymous account the next time you open the app.
Note: reset does not by itself delete the historic conversation and usage records tied to the old anonymous user on our server. Those are retained for abuse and compliance review for up to 24 months. To request full deletion of those records as well, use the email option below.
By email
Write to privacy@medical.26.systems from the email address associated with your account (if any) and include the user ID shown in the Profile screen. We will:
Confirm receipt within 7 days.
Delete your account, conversation messages, subscription records, sessions, and audit logs within 30 days.
Send you a confirmation when deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
Your user record (including email and display name if set).
All conversation messages tied to your user ID.
Your subscription and usage history on our server.
Your sessions and refresh tokens.
Your disclaimer acceptance logs.
What may be retained
Aggregated, anonymized statistics that cannot be linked back to you.
Records we are legally required to keep, for example tax records related to purchases held by the app stores.
