These Terms of Service govern your use of AI Therapist. By installing, opening, or using the AI Therapist app or this website, you agree to them.
AI Therapist is an informational, consumer-facing app that returns supportive, AI-generated conversation. It is not therapy, not a licensed therapist or counselor, not a medical device, and not a crisis service. See the AI Disclaimer.
You must be at least 18 years old, or at least 13 with the consent of a parent or guardian and where lawful in your jurisdiction. By using AI Therapist, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Your first day is free and fully unlocked, once per device. After that, an optional Premium subscription gives unlimited access: $12.99 per month or $59.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial on the annual plan. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple's App Store or Google Play and are governed by their terms. They renew automatically until cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; you can manage or cancel in your store account settings. Refunds are governed by the store's policy.

You own the messages you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and store that content to operate and improve the service, as described in the Privacy policy.
The text returned by the AI is generated by a statistical model. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or wrong, and it is not professional advice. You are solely responsible for how you use it.
AI Therapist is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of results, uninterrupted service, or any therapeutic benefit.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Therapist and medical.26.systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service, including damages for emotional distress, health consequences, or decisions made in reliance on the AI. If you disagree with this limitation, do not use AI Therapist.
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app and, if required, ask you to accept the new version before continuing.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which medical.26.systems is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Where local mandatory consumer-protection laws grant you additional rights, those rights prevail.
